LLC was established in 1984. We operated out of Waterbury
for 17 years until we moved to our new location in Wolcott.
The business started out as a family operated business. All
work was performed by owners Joseph and Isabel Ribeiro and
other members of the family. However, do to the success of
the business, the company grew to the point of having to
hire new employees from outside the family. The family still
cares for the supervision, office work, marketing,
advertising, as well as the training of employees so as to
keep that same quality care that has helped us to grow so
much. We have provided services from residencial homes to
large companies like like Duracell and Otis Elevator
We strongly feel that the
growth is do to what we call the RCH factor. What does that
stand for?
R stands for our
continuous reliability over the years. We are always there
for you, not only on your regularly scheduled cleaning days,
but also for special events or holidays that come up during
the course of the year.
It is also a relief to know
that for special events or holidays we are willing to
accommodate your needs. In addition we are also reliable in
providing consistency in the quality of our services. All
offices are visited nightly by a manager and weekly by one
of the owners.
C stands for
customizing. Just as people are all different and have
different needs, so are the needs of every home or business.
We customize our services to enhance your home or office and
to help you save money. For example, if a portion of your
office is not being used for a period of time, we can either
use the time which would have been spent cleaning that area
to perform some other task. Or, we can also simply reduce
the charges for that period of time.
H stands for honesty.
Our business thrives on keeping our customers. This means
not only providing a high-quality cleaning services, but
also it lends to the peace of mind of our clients, in
particular those that can not be present during our cleaning
services; knowing that nothing will be stolen. Honesty moves
us to inform our customers of instances when accidents do
occur rather than attempting to hide or deny it, as well as
to provide monetary restitution for any damages caused while
we are in your office.
